1. PRESS RELEASE

"Theeratha Villaiyatu Pillai", starring Vishal and directed by debutant director Thiru, also stars Neetu Chandra, Sarah Jane and Tanushree Dutta. Prakash Raj, winner of National Award for Best Actor, is playing a pivotal role in this film.

Neetu Chandra is a well know actress, who began her career with director Priyadharshan's "Garam Masala". After he performance in Madhur Bhandakar's "Traffic" and the recent hit thriller film "13B" & "Yaavarum Nalam", Neetu Chandra has become one of the most sought after actress not only in Hindi but in Tamil too.
Sarah Jane, a former Miss India 2007 Winner, is being introduced into the film industry through this film. She has worked in many advertisements, the famous one being the Airtel Ad with Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, before entering the film industry. "Theeratha Villaiyatu Pillai" is her debut film.
Tanushree Dutta is a very well known actress and a former Miss India 2004 Winner. She has acted in many Hindi films, her hits being "Aashiq Banaaya Aapne" and "Bhagam Bhag". This is her first Tamil Film.

This film is not the regular love story genre, and surely not a remake of the Hindi film "Bachna Aye Hassino". This is an extremely commercial film retaining the mass hero personality of Vishal, which is always a huge hit among his fans.

"Theeratha Villaiyatu Pillai" will bring together, the successful combo of Vishal and Yuvan; after giving hits like "Sandakozhi", "Thamirabarani" and "Thimiru". With this film their combination is sure to achieve greater success.

Ever since the scripting of this film, both Vishal and director Thiru have worked on projecting a new look and style of Vishal in "Theeratha Villaiyatu Pillai". Vishal has not only worked on his body but also his looks; his hair style, his costumes-right from his shoes till his accessories, he has projected himself in an extremely stylish way. With this film, Vishal is sure spread his kind of trend and style.

After "Sandai Kozhi", this film will bring together the combo of choreographer Raju Sundaram and Vishal. Raju Sundaram will be choreographing 4 songs in this film.

A separate song has been shot in Mumbai and choreographed by the famous Bosco-Ceasar. They have together choreographed some of the super hit dance numbers in the Hindi Film Industry, having worked with actors like Abhishek Bachan in "Bluffmaster", Salman Khan in "Partner" and many more. Till date they have choreographed around 300 songs. Incidentally, "Theeratha Villaiyatu Pillai" will be their first ever Tamil movie.

The duo have choreographed the title song of this film for which the entire cast and crew had flown to Mumbai. This song is sure to become a huge hit as it has music by Yuvan. The speciality of the song is that not only have they used laser beems, Vishal and the three girls have been given a whole new look. The highlight of the song is that there is a shot where we can see Neetu Chandra in tub full of red hot chilles, which left her skin burning for quite a long time.

The film's shooting is near completion with just the shooting of a few songs is to be done in Australia and New Zealand. The cast and crew will be leaving for the shoot by the end of October.

The man behind the camera is Arvind Krishna, whose camera work is something which we must look forward to. His camera work is the main highlight and USP of this film.

Produced by Vikram Krishna of G.K.Films and directed by debutant Thiru, the film is sure to pour out success in all aspects. Director Thiru, right from his script to his direction has shown and continues to show complete determination throughout the shooting of this film. He is sure to create his mark in our Tamil Industry as one of the most creative director.
