WELL ITS A CASE OF "AVAN IVAN" IN ME TOO

HI all ...well i guess i hav to break the truth rite away without beatin around the bush....AM AN INSOMNIAC....:) hav come to terms after all these years of sleeping well and not sleepin well phases dat am an insomniac and i hardly sleep wen i want to or SHOULD for dat matter...hav embraced the fact dat am an OVERTHINKER and my mind is alwayz active and in this case the word "always " sounds like an understatement to me...

well of late my sleep has ben very limited or zero and hav realised dat it is not connected to any particular reason or incident but jus dat VISHAL sleeps less..dats all..yes...i look at the mirror and tell myself dat it is not a disease ..its not because of any positive or negative thing dat happnd recently but jus the fact that dis particular aspect of not sleeping is an adamant characteristic of ME which has developed and stuck to me over the years...so i decide to embrace it rather than ignore it which i know i cant, and live with the fact dat i can live my life and spend my time with or without sleep....hav read in an article dat a normal human being needs atleast 6 to 8 hrs of sleep..haa haa hav put dat articleto shame..:)

oh my gosh ...by far dis is goin to be the longest post in my blog and by the sight of it..it looks like a " COMPLAINT"....well i guess am not complainin as i write to ya'll but sharing dis particular aspect of me with everyone...

of late hav plunged myself into all sorts of things such as playing tennis, goin fr aikido(form of martial arts) classes with my friend,aerobics,etc etc,.. to keep myself occupied in my free time., fr 2 reasons.....1: to try out something new & 2: wanted to tire myself out to c if i could sleep better......well i was proved wrong...HOWEVER TIRED I WAS...IT WUDNT CHANGE OR ALTER MY SLEEP DURATION...IT WAS THE SAME....

hav come to a conclusion dat my mind and my body dont agree with each other on dis thing called sleep....i will sleep only wen my mind allows me to irrespective of how tired or fatigued my body is....and then i decide to nickname my mind as "AVAN" and my body as " IVAN"....jus like my current film....

u might be wondering wat the hell i would be thinking about so much alwayz....well its definitely not about my personal life...lol i alwayz consider my personal life being perfect though its not ...one nite i checked on myself n wrote down all dat i thought...WIERD as it might sound but mostly all that i thought was related to films and i tell myself..hell u hav ben thinking more about films than your exgirlfriend ..it was sometimes about some shot or SOME SCENE or about some film makers's movie or about something of my creation( productive or unproductive..dat i dont know) but i realised i think about films....den i tell myself dont overthink yourself about films...then i start thinkin about somethin else wich eventually gets connected to films....den i tell myself...u hav brought this upon yourself bcoz u alwayz wanted to become a director....well dat doesnt mean i hav to overthink or not sleep...den i realise that i hav been watchin too many films ...so i shut myself off fm watchin films...but i coudnt...:)

and then finally i decide to write down all my thoughts ,gud or bad, sensible or crap, watever it might be but jus write it down...which i hav not done in all my life and then i realise i hav cultivated a good habit out of a bad habit...dats wen i decided to write to ya'll and now i know u wudnt complain about this long post becoz u all hav alwayz cursed me for all my small and precise posts earlier... SO I GUESS U ALL SHUD BE THANKING MY NON SLEEPING HABITS....well i did....:) :)lemme c wat i hav instore for the next night to hit my life....c ya'll and dont take this post to ya mind coz insomnia might hit u too...haa haa jus joking...take care..god bless

btw>>>. how could they send back an ailing lady on a stretcher who has come down for medical help to our city....am talkin about ltte chief's mother....wat da hell wer the authorities thinking....@#$%^$$#@*((&
